Meet Eric Milholland - Senior Financial Advisor

A fifteen year veteran of the financial services industry, Eric founded Milholland Financial in 2004 where he specializes in the needs of business owners and the retirement community. He focuses his practice on retirement strategies, income, insurance and the preservation and transfer of wealth.

Originally from Uniondale, Indiana, Eric attended Valparaiso University before he was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in 1985 and played professionally for 5 years.

Eric and his wife, Alicia, have lived in Marysville, Ohio for the past 15 years. They have two sons, Matthew and Mark, and one daughter, Marissa. They are active members of the Shiloh Chapel Evangelical Friends Church where Eric is a member of the Administrative Council, Co-Chairman of the Finance Committee, and teaches Sunday school. He is also a member of the Union County Board of Health and Vice Chairman of the Planned Gifts Committee of Memorial Hospital of Union County.

In his free time, Eric enjoys family activities, golf, and coaching youth baseball and basketball.

Meet Katheen Wiant - Branch Administrator

Kathleen has been in a professional support position for over 30 years, and in the financial services industry for 7 years. Kathleen is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational functions for the company, and her highest priority is excellence in customer service.

Kathleen is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management through the University of Phoenix on-line and will be graduating in November of 2009.

Kathleen has lived in Marysville, Ohio for the past 6 years. She is the mother of two boys, Jeremy and Gaylon, and one daughter, Kate, and also a proud grandmother to Ethan. Kathleen is an active member of the Shiloh Evangelical Friends Church and is a part of the Audio/Visual ministry. Kathleen is also an adult sponsor of the Young Life Club of Union County and a member of the United Way of Union County Budget and Admissions Committee.

In her free time, Kathleen also enjoys family activities, reading, cooking for her children and playing Scrabble.
